Built in Edinburgh’s West End in 1875, with inspiration for the design thought to derive from the massive 17th century church of St Sulpice in Paris, Palmerston Place Church continues to be home today to a thriving Christian Community.

Find out more about the heritage of the building and congregation on the church’s website or take a virtual Doors Open Days tour through Palmerston Place Church below and listen to the commentary as it guides you through the building’s history, from its construction to the present day.

We have also created this special virtual tour for 2021 of our latest exhibition, Journey of a Leaf, paintings by one of our Church elders during the pandemic and now displayed on the premises.
