Sat 21 May

Bookings are now being taken for the TWIC Spring Conference which will be held on Saturday 21 May 2022, 10:00 to 16:00 at the Nicolson Square Edinburgh conference venue (with online Zoom attendance option). The theme of the event will be “Home and Away” and the talks will be centred around wildlife movements and migrations, how we study and record them and implications for conservation.

Talks will include European Eels – Jack Wootton (Forth Rivers Trust), Beavers – Sarah Robinson (Scottish Wildlife Trust), Glow-worms – Charlotte Martin (Scottish Glow-worms Project) and Edinburgh Swifts (speaker to be confirmed), plus more!

Delegates are encouraged to promote their own recording initiative during the open mike session or by providing a poster or display at conference. If either of these are of interest, please provide details on the booking form.

Tickets will cost £12.50 (in person) or £7.50 (online) to help cover our costs.

The booking deadline for in-person attendance is Tuesday 17 May, due to catering requirements. So please book soon to avoid disappointment.
