Doors Open Days 2023

Doors Open Days is Scotland’s largest free festival that celebrates heritage and the built environment. It offers free access to over a thousand venues across the country each September.

This year, city locals and visitors will have the chance to see behind the scenes at some of  Edinburgh’s most historic, unusual and interesting buildings. This year’s programme includes both site visits and online opportunities.
